WPC Pest and Termite Control protects homes from pests in Framingham and beyond with thorough and detailed pest control services. We start with a free inspection that begins in the basement to inspect unfinished areas, sills, and other areas for droppings, webs, ants, and live pests. We can also inspect the attic for wildlife or droppings. We’ll leave living areas alone but will scan your house for openings or gaps around pipes and bait those areas if needed. Outside, we’ll inspect around the foundation and make suggestions on how to make your property less attractive to pests by keeping moisture away from your house, cutting bushes back, keeping gutters clean, and looking for nests in eaves.

Once we complete our inspection, we’ll meet with you to go over the problems we found and explain our treatment plan. Beginning on the left side of the foundation, we treat all the way around the exterior perimeter of your home for complete protection. We do the same for the interior, applying materials on baseboards, piping, under the sinks, and sills. We’ll also de-web your house.

Follow-up services are available on a quarterly basis to keep your house pest-free. During these services, we’ll ask if you’ve been experiencing any issues we should look for, re-treat areas to maintain your home’s protection, and de-web your structure. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and look forward to working with you!
